We are looking for a Service Tele-calling & Customer Relations Executive to join our team at Manzil Motors Pvt. Ltd. (Royal Enfield Dealership), Gurgaon. The role involves managing service appointment bookings, conducting post-service follow-ups, maintaining accurate customer records, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
Ensure service bookings, follow-ups, and customer data remain accurate and contribute to smooth workshop operations.
Conduct outbound calls for service reminders, AMC renewals, and inactive customer re-engagement.
Perform post-service follow-up (PSF) calls within 24–48 hours to capture real-time customer feedback.
Verify customer details, update CRM records, and identify irregularities or complaints in a timely manner.
Organize and maintain digital booking logs, feedback records, and follow-up trackers.
Support grievance handling by coordinating with the Service Manager and workshop team for quick resolution.
Generate basic reports and summaries on bookings, satisfaction ratings, and recurring service concerns.
Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information at all times.
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass / Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in tele-calling, customer service, or service coordination.
The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and confidence in handling customers over the phone. A basic understanding or interest in motorcycles (preferably Royal Enfield) will be an advantage.
Candidates must be open to 6 Working Days during the Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM) (one weekday will be given for week off).
