Malnad Thota Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing company specializing in agricultural land real estate, is looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills in Kannada, the ability to engage and convince potential clients, and a willingness to visit project sites on weekends when required.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce agricultural land investment opportunities.
Clearly explain property details, pricing, and benefits to interested leads.
Maintain a positive and professional communication tone while addressing customer queries.
Generate appointments and follow up with clients to ensure site visits.
Visit the property sites on weekends to assist clients and provide guidance during field visits.
Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and follow-up details.
Work closely with the sales team to support conversions.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets as assigned.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Kannada (mandatory).
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle outbound calls confidently.
Willingness to visit property sites on weekends.
Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred, not mandatory).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum qualification: PUC/Any Degree (preferred)
