Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and energetic Female Telecaller with strong communication skills, excellent convincing power, and good sales knowledge. The candidate should be capable of handling customer inquiries, generating leads, explaining products/services effectively, and converting prospects into customers. Experience in a relevant industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients and prospects.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management.
Required Skills

Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
