Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is seeking a confident, customer-focused, and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our legal services, scheduling consultations, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build trust with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists.

• Receive and handle inbound inquiries professionally.

• Explain the firm's legal services in a clear and courteous manner.

• Understand client requirements and qualify leads.

• Schedule appointments and consultations for advocates.

• Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.

• Update client information and call records in the CRM or database.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.

• Coordinate with the legal team regarding client appointments and follow-ups.

• Maintain confidentiality of client information and comply with company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Intermediate (preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (experience in the legal sector is an advantage).

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or the local language.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.

• Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
