Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with customers, presenting products or services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, networking, and other channels.

• Contact potential and existing customers to understand their requirements.

• Present and explain products or services to customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms when required.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.

• Willingness to travel, if required.
