Job Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads generated through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.

• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.

• Convert inquiries into potential customers by scheduling meetings or closing sales.

• Explain Decorum Furniture's products and services professionally.

• Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up schedules, and sales data in Excel/CRM.

• Coordinate with the sales and design teams for customer requirements.

• Regularly follow up with existing and pending leads.

• Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets.

• Prepare daily call reports and update lead status.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred.

• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software, and WhatsApp Business.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.

• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Service.

• Experience in furniture, interior, real estate, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
