About the Role

DAAfk Ventures is looking for a motivated, confident, and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join its sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, generating leads, promoting the company's products or services, and converting potential leads into successful sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified sales leads.

Explain the company's products or services, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.

Convert leads into sales through effective communication, follow-ups, and negotiation.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers to improve conversion rates.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling wherever applicable.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and sales activities.

Update customer databases and CRM systems regularly.

Prepare daily sales reports and share performance updates with the reporting manager.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling and timely resolution of queries.

Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.

Follow company policies, sales procedures, and ethical customer communication practices.

Required Skills and Competencies

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

Customer-centric attitude with a professional telephone manner.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in tele sales, , inside sales, or customer service.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in sales may also apply.

Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000.
