Job Summary
The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, maintaining call records, and preparing customer data in Excel with proper segregation as per operational requirements. The role involves coordinating with customers regarding vehicle services, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate customer databases.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers regarding vehicle service inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback.
Maintain daily call records and update call status in the system or Excel sheets.
Prepare and maintain customer data in MS Excel with proper categorization and segregation as per business requirements.
Verify and update customer contact details and service history.
Coordinate with service advisors and internal teams regarding customer appointments or service requirements.
Maintain organized records of customer communication and service requests.
Generate periodic reports of calling activities and customer data updates.
Always ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.
Follow company guidelines and maintain confidentiality of customer data.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Marathi preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to maintain and organize data records accurately.
Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
Basic understanding of customer service operations.
Educational Qualification
Minimum Graduate / Undergraduate with basic computer knowledge.
Experience
0–2 years experience in telecalling, customer support, or data management preferred.
