Job Description – Telecaller

Position: Telecaller
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
Introduce and explain BioSoftech’s software products and solutions.
Generate new leads through calling and online/offline sources.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
Schedule product demos and coordinate with the Sales Team.
Maintain and update lead details, call records, and follow-ups in CRM.
Handle basic customer queries professionally.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.
Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Freshers can apply.
Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Customer Support, or Software Sales will be an advantage.
