We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, provide information about services, and maintain positive customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and clients.
Handle inbound customer queries professionally.
Explain company services and offers clearly.
Maintain customer records and call details.
Follow up with potential customers and leads.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when needed.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales or support team.
