Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers from company-provided leads and introduce the personal loan offering.

• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant product features, eligibility criteria and application steps clearly.

• Follow up with interested customers and help move applications forward by explaining required documentation and next steps.

• Respond to basic customer questions professionally and provide accurate information without making unapproved promises.

• Record call outcomes, customer details and lead status accurately in the company’s system.

• Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining service quality and compliance with company processes.

• Coordinate with internal teams, where required, to support application processing and customer follow-up. Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum 10th pass.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and explaining information clearly in the relevant local language.

• Customer-focused, confident and motivated to work towards sales targets.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records are an advantage.

• Willingness to work from the office and follow the assigned schedule. Salary, Incentives & Benefits

• 19,000 monthly in-hand salary, plus Provident Fund (PF) and ESIC benefits.

• Average performance-based incentives of 10,000–15,000 per month; actual earnings depend on performance and applicable incentive rules.

• Subsidized lunch available at 35.
