Job Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and online inquiries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
Prepare and share quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in sales (IT hardware sales experience is preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
