Job Description: Female Telecaller
Location: Noida Sector 127 Bhutani Techno Park
Job Type: Full type
Shift: Day shift , 6 days working
Role Overview
We are looking for Female telecaller to join our sales/customer, understanding thrie needs, and promoting our product/ services over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Calling: Make outboard calls to leads and existing customers daily.
Product pitch : Explain product/service features, benefits, and offers clearly.
Lead Management: Update call details, follow-ups, and customer status in CRM/ Excel.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Customer Support: Handle customer queries, complains, and feedback politely.
Data Accuracy: Maintain proper records of all calls and customer interactions.
Requirements - Female Candidates Only
Education: 12th pass minimum, graduate or post graduate preferred
Experience: 0-2 years experience as telecaller, freshers with good communication skills can apply
Language: Fluent in Hindi and English.
Knowledge of local language is a plus
Skills: Good communication skills, confident voice, basic computer knowledge
Other: Pleasant personality, target- oriented, and able to work in a team.
