Job Location: Delhi / NCR (Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about financial products.
Generate leads and convert them into successful applications.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth processing of applications.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Good convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred
Experience:
Fresher to 2 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support
