Team Leader – Insurance & Mutual Fund

DMT Empire India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a passionate and target-driven Team Leader for Insurance & Mutual Fund Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage telesales team

Achieve team sales targets and revenue goals

Train, motivate, and monitor team performance

Drive Insurance & Mutual Fund sales

Handle client escalations and ensure quality service

Maintain daily reports and sales MIS

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Insurance / Mutual Fund / BFSI sales

Team handling experience preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills

Target-oriented and energetic personality
