📌 JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Telesales (Without Target )
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Location: Karol Bagh
Department: Customer Support
Reporting To: Sales Manager
🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and well-spoken Customer Coordinator to manage customer communication, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Coordinate with sales & warehouse team for order dispatch
Maintain customer database and follow-up records
Manage order status updates and delivery tracking
Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution
Support sales team in documentation and reporting
Prepare daily reports in Excel
Maintain proper records of payments and pending orders
✅ Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Polite and customer-friendly attitude
Basic understanding of order processing
🎓 Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
2–3 years experience (Freshers can apply)
