Position: Tele Executive
Department: Sales / Customer Relationship
Industry: Automobile / Two-Wheeler Dealership

Job Responsibilities
Attend Inbounds & outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Follow up on leads, enquiries, bookings, and test rides.
Explain vehicle models, offers, finance options, and other relevant details to customers.
Generate and maintain customer leads through regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion and appointments.
Make reminder calls for pending enquiries and scheduled test rides.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
Achieve daily/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
Follow up with customers after vehicle delivery to ensure satisfaction.
Update customer information in CRM/software on a regular basis.
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Hindi, Marathi, and English communication skills preferred.
Customer-oriented attitude and positive approach.
Ability to work with targets and follow-up schedules.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
