We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to sell our Salon & Beauty Management Software. The role involves cold calling salon and beauty centers by sourcing contact numbers from Google Maps and converting them into qualified leads and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Search and identify salon & beauty centers using Google Maps
Make outbound calls to decision-makers (owners/managers)
Explain the product and its benefits clearly
Generate leads and close sales
Maintain basic call and lead records
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English/Hindi (regional language is a plus)
Prior telesales or cold-calling experience preferred (B2B experience is a bonus)
Comfortable with targets and incentive-based earnings
Self-driven and disciplined (minimal supervision)
Compensation:
Fixed salary + high-performance incentives
Top performers can earn up to ₹70,000 per month
