Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented and experienced Senior Telesales Executive to manage outbound sales calls, generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Outbound Sales & Revenue Generation

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate new business opportunities.

• Explain the products, services, membership plans, and benefits to potential customers.

• Convert leads into sales and consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Follow up with interested prospects to close sales within the stipulated timeline.

  2. Lead Management & Customer Relationship

• Maintain and update customer databases, lead status, and call records.

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

  3. Sales Target & Performance Monitoring

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and calling targets.

• Track conversion rates, follow-ups, and lead performance.

• Prepare daily sales reports and share performance updates with the reporting manager.

• Identify opportunities to improve sales conversions and revenue.

  4. Team Support & Coordination

• Share effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and objection-handling methods.

• Coordinate with the sales manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

  5. Customer Service & Process Compliance

• Ensure accurate communication of product features, pricing, and terms and conditions.

• Maintain professional telephone etiquette and follow approved calling scripts.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and proper documentation of customer interactions.

• Adhere to company policies, sales processes, and customer data confidentiality requirements.

• Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a sales or marketing background is preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, or sales tracking systems.

• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a customer-focused approach.
