Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Proven experience in telesales within the Banking or Insurance sector.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Basic knowledge of banking/insurance products.
Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work.
Proficiency in computer usage and CRM systems.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
Experience in selling loans, credit cards, insurance policies, or financial products.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
