Role Summary
The EB Telesales role is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets through effective inbound lead management and outbound database calling. The role focuses on selling Enterprise Telecom Connectivity and Managed Solutions to business customers, contributing directly to business growth through gross activations and improved ARC value.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales of Enterprise solution & Telecom Connectivity solution selling (like Corporate Broadband, Leased line, Managed Wi-Fi, SD WAN, etc..) 2.
Candidate to have relevant experience & expertise in Telecom Sales/ Solution Selling of Telecom Products/IT Sales & Services
Reach out to the prospect /database assigned as per productivity norms
Responsible for sales of Corporate Broadband /Managed service solution
Will be responsible for prompt assignment of non-converted leads handled by Self to Field /Level 2 with relevant feedback as prescribed in process
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve the acquired customer issue, coordinate for prompt deployment
Key Result Areas:
Role is responsible for acquiring new clients for business growth with clear focus on Gross activation & Average Revenue per Customer (ARC) value
