Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote tour packages, holiday deals, and travel services
Handle inbound inquiries related to travel bookings, packages, pricing, and availability
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel plans (domestic & international)
Achieve sales targets and conversion goals on a regular basis
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong customer database
Provide detailed information about destinations, itineraries, visa requirements, and travel policies
Coordinate with operation
Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM systems
Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business
