Job Title

Sales Telecaller / Telesales Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-driven Telecallers who can handle telephonic conversations with applicants, explain award and recognition services, and convert leads into successful registrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and coordinate with prospective applicants and nominees

• Explain award categories, benefits, and services

• Handle nominations, registrations, and follow-ups

• Maintain applicant database and call records

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

• Coordinate with the sales team and office staff

• Provide proper information and guidance to applicants

Eligibility Criteria

• 12th Pass / Graduate

• Age: 18 – 30 Years

• Male & Female both can apply

• Fresher & Experienced both welcome

• Basic communication skills required

• Sales or telecalling experience preferred

Salary & Incentives

• Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month

• Incentives: Performance-based monthly incentives
