We are looking for a Senior Telesales Executive to join our team at Avagrow Financial Solutions Private Limited. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to domestic loan products.
Explain loan products and services to customers clearly.
Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
Collect and verify required customer documents.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and candidate must be a fresher. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
