We are looking for a Female Malayalam Tele sales / Course Counselor mehndi booking (Experienced Only) who can effectively guide students and convert inquiries into admissions for our online and offline professional courses.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication, sales, and customer handling skills, along with prior experience in telecalling or counseling.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with course inquiry leads
Explain course details, fees, and benefits to students
Convert inquiries into successful enrollments
Maintain daily call records and lead follow-ups
Achieve monthly sales targets
Provide professional guidance and support to students
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Fluency in Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, English
Regional languages such as Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam will be an advantage
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-based environment
Experience Required (Mandatory)
Minimum 1 year experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Counseling
Experience in Education, EdTech, or Training Institutes preferred
Freshers are not eligible for this role
Salary and Benefits
Salary: ₹8,000 to ₹20,000 per month
