Role Summary
Manages, coaches, and drives a team of fundraisers to meet individual giving and donation targets. This role focuses on maximizing campaign performance, maintaining ethical compliance, and ensuring donor retention.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Targets: Drive the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly donation goals.
Coach Team: Train, monitor, and provide feedback on pitches and communication skills.
Track Data: Analyze daily campaign KPIs, conversion rates, and donor data.
Ensure Compliance: Enforce strict data security guidelines and ethical fundraising standards.
Report Metrics: Submit regular team performance reports to the Fundraising Manager.
Mandatory Requirements
Experience: 6+ months in fundraising or sales; 6+ months in a leadership/supervisory role.
Skills: Strong team motivation, negotiation, public communication, and conflict resolution.
Tools: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Excel.
