Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion:
Make outbound calls to qualified leads and handle inbound inquiries.
Identify customer needs, build rapport, and qualify leads based on specific criteria.
Convert leads into sales opportunities by explaining product features, benefits, and value propositions.
Follow up on cold leads, nurture relationships, and re-engage with past customers.
Maintain a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates in the CRM system.
Revenue Generation:
Achieve sales targets and KPIs by effectively converting leads into paying customers.
Close sales through direct communication and offering tailored solutions to customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering post-sale support.
Engage with leads/customers via calls, emails, or other communication methods to drive customer retention.
Reporting & Documentation:
Track all sales activities, lead conversions, and revenue generation in the CRM system.
Provide regular updates on lead status, pipeline health, and overall performance to management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with target orientation.
