Lead Management
Maintain and update customer information in Excel or company systems.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper communication.
Maintain accurate call records and lead data.
Customer Handling
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information or solutions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
Reporting
Prepare daily call reports and update lead status.
Maintain proper documentation of telesales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication Skills
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, English.
Ability to explain services confidently and clearly.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Computer Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet usage.
Ability to maintain call records and data.
Personal Skills
