We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, and promoting our SAP training programs and services.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data

Explain company services (SAP courses & training programs)

Generate leads and schedule follow-ups

Maintain customer database and call records

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

Coordinate with the sales team for conversions

🔹 Requirements:

Fresher or experienced (0–2 years in telecalling/sales)

Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language)

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
