Job Description – Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary

Regency Shares Holdings Private Limited is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting prospective customers, promoting the Company's products and services, generating sales, and building strong customer relationships while achieving assigned sales targets.

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (In-Hand) + Attractive Incentives

• Location: Rajouri Garden, New Delhi

• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Explain the Company's products and services professionally.

• Generate sales and achieve daily and monthly targets.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

• Adhere to company policies and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers are Welcome)

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Working Schedule

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Shift: Day Shift

• Location: Rajouri Garden, New Delhi
