Hiring: Telecaller – Automobile

Location: Mulund

## Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our Automobile team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, following up with prospective customers, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into vehicle sales.

## Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding vehicles, pricing, offers, and availability.

• Explain vehicle features, specifications, finance options, and offers to customers.

• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

• Schedule showroom visits and test drives for interested customers.

• Maintain customer and lead information in the system/CRM.

• Coordinate with the sales team and transfer qualified leads.

• Follow up with customers until the sales process is completed.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

## Eligibility

• Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years in Telecalling, Telesales, Automobile Sales, or Customer Support.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an advantage.

• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

## Preferred Candidates

• Good Hindi, Marathi, and English communication skills.

• Confident in handling customer queries and follow-ups.
