Sales Telecaller

📍 Locations: Jodhpur Park | New Alipore | Sonarpur | Serampore | Chandannagar | Sealdah
🕒 Experience Required: 2–3 years (Telecalling / Telesales / Career Counselling – preferably in Education sector)

🎯 About the Role

We are looking for passionate and result-driven Career Counsellors / Telecounsellors who can guide students toward the right career path while also driving admissions through effective communication and counselling.

If you have a strong ability to connect with people over calls and a genuine interest in helping students shape their future, this role is for you.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students and parents to introduce and promote multimedia and career-oriented courses

• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into successful admissions

• Provide personalized career guidance based on students’ interests, strengths, and goals

• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission & sales targets

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure conversion

• Accurately update and manage lead data in the CRM system

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / academic counselling

• Prior experience in the education or training industry is highly preferred

• Strong communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and/or English

• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality

• Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents over phone

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience
