1.We are looking for a persuasive and energetic individual to sell car insurance over the phone.

2.Your role will involve contacting potential customers, explaining policy options, and closing sales.

3.You must be target-driven, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4.Previous telesales or insurance experience is preferred but not essential.

5.Training on products and compliance standards will be provided.

6.Maintain accurate records of calls and client information in the CRM system.

7.Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

8.Base salary with commission and performance bonuses available.
