Job Summary

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to generate new business opportunities for our logistics and freight forwarding services. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, identifying potential customers, explaining our services, generating leads and converting them into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling and outbound calls.

- Contact potential B2B customers and introduce the company's logistics/freight forwarding services.

- Understand customer requirements related to logistics, transportation and shipment services.

- Follow up regularly with leads and potential customers to convert enquiries into business.

- Maintain and update lead details, follow-ups and customer information.

- Explain company services, pricing and solutions clearly to customers.

- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Track appointments, sales enquiries, follow-ups and customer status.

- Coordinate with the internal operations/sales team for customer requirements and enquiries.

- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and ensure timely follow-up.

- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and sales targets.

- Maintain proper records of calls, leads and sales activities.

- Stay updated about the company's services and offerings.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales.

- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.

- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to identify customer needs and explain suitable services.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation or B2B sales will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with telesales, telecalling or B2B sales experience.

- Candidates who are comfortable working with sales targets.

- Candidates who can communicate confidently with customers over the phone.
