Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services • Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers • Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets • Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service • Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required Requirements: • Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing (preferred) • Excellent communication and convincing skills • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
