We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and provide information about the company’s products or services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain the company’s products/services clearly and professionally.
• Generate leads through telecalling and follow up with potential customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into customers.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Ability to handle calls professionally.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
