Job Description – NBD Calling Executive

Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 years preferred

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented NBD Calling Executive to generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, lead generation, and customer follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential dealers, distributors, retailers, and business prospects and converting them into active business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, dealers, distributors, retailers, and business prospects.

• Generate and qualify new business leads through calling and available databases.

• Understand customer requirements and introduce suitable Cervo products and business opportunities.

• Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper records of all conversations.

• Schedule meetings/calls between qualified leads and the sales team.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and further follow-up.

• Maintain daily calling, lead generation, and conversion reports.

• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Reconnect with old, inactive, and potential customers to generate new business.

• Update all lead and follow-up details in the company CRM/app.

• Maintain professional communication and build strong relationships with prospects.

Candidate Profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and comfortable with outbound calling.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, and email.

• Prior experience in B2B calling, telecalling, lead generation, electrical, lighting, switchgear, FMCG, or similar industries will be preferred.

• Ability to handle objections and convert enquiries into business opportunities.

• Good Hindi and English communication skills.

Performance Expectations

• Consistent achievement of calling and qualified-lead targets.

• Quality and accuracy of lead generation.

• Timely follow-up and proper CRM/app updates.

• Contribution towards conversion of leads into dealers, distributors, retailers, and business accounts.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

Additional incentives may be offered based on performance and business conversion.
