You will be responsible for generating sales and business growth by contacting potential customers over the phone, introducing products/services, handling customer queries, converting leads into customers, and achieving monthly sales targets. This is a target-driven tele sales role requiring excellent communication and persuasion skills.
📞 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inbound enquiries.
Promote products/services clearly and persuasively, matching customer needs.
3.Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI metrics (calls, conversions, revenue).
4.Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the company CRM/database.
5.Handle objections, answer product queries, and build strong customer relationships.
6.Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve scripts, lead quality, and conversion strategies.
7.Report performance and feedback to Team Lead/Manager.
🎯 Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or any Graduate.
Experience: Freshers welcome; 0-2 years in tele sales or customer/phone sales preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi & English.
Confident, target-oriented, and comfortable making high-volume calls.
Good persuasion, objection handling, and basic computer/CRM skills.
Positive attitude, resilient under targets, and ability to work in a team.
