We are looking for a confident and responsible Sales Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team in Delhi.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates/leads provided by the organisation.

• Explain the Bharat Pratibha Sammaan nomination and award process clearly and professionally.

• Understand the candidate's achievements, profile and area of contribution.

• Explain relevant award categories, nomination process, participation details and applicable registration/contribution structure.

• Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads until the candidate makes a final decision.

• Handle questions and objections politely and professionally.

• Build a positive relationship with prospective nominees.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, responses and lead status.

• Coordinate with the internal team regarding shortlisted/selected profiles and further formalities.

• Achieve assigned monthly calling, follow-up and revenue targets.

• Provide daily/weekly updates regarding lead progress and conversions.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic to good English.

• Confident and comfortable speaking with professionals, business owners, social workers, educators and other individuals.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, mobile applications and computer systems.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, counselling, customer handling, inside sales or lead conversion will be preferred.
