🔹 Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹20,000 (Performance-Based)

🔹 Salary Date: 12th of Every Month (Fixed)

Job Description:

We are looking for passionate and self-driven Tele Sales Executive (TSE) to join our team. As a TSE, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone and promoting our , Holiday Packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

Promote and explain •Aura E Cart•• (Holiday Packages, E-Commerce Platform Offers)

• Convince customers to avail services and offers

• Record customer details and maintain daily calling reports

• Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+2 / Undergraduate / Graduate

• Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome

Languages Required:

Proficiency in •Hindi••

Basic understanding of •English••

Skills Required:

• Good communication and listening skills

• Confidence in phone-based conversations

• Persuasive and convincing attitude

• Interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Team player and quick learner

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday

• 2nd Saturday – Half Day

• Working Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
