Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their health goals, explain Zorrofit's services, and convert qualified leads into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, persuasion, and customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
Contact assigned leads through phone calls.
Explain Zorrofit's health and wellness programs clearly and confidently.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with the sales team and management to improve conversion rates.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
Freshers are welcome; candidates with Tele Sales, Inside Sales, BPO, or Customer Support experience are preferred.
Good communication and customer handling skills are mandatory.
Working Hours
Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
