We are looking for an Event Manager to join our team at Yati Group.

Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion
Manage event timelines, vendors, and on-ground operations
Maintain and update accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and partners for smooth execution
Handle event documentation, reports, and post-event analysis
Ensure compliance with budgets, schedules, and quality standards
Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally
Support marketing and promotional activities related to events
Bachelor’s degree in Management
Prior experience in event planning or coordination is an advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools
Excellent communication and team coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
