Perform research, prepare expansion plan and identify new area for Retail Franchise.
Generating leads for Generic Aadhaar retail & master franchise, taking calls and coordination with
customer who require Generic Aadhaar franchise and follow up with them time to time.
Responsible for sales growth, generate revenue & expansion of Generic Aadhaar business.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual target for company franchise.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies & suggest improvement.
Communicate all issues and concern of Franchise, provide timely and effective solution aligned with
client requirement & needs.
Regular follow up, review feedback and suggestion of existing Master and single franchisee.
Ensuring Timely collection of payment from Single & Master franchisee.
Reviewing & verifying the detail of single Franchises of Pan India as per rules & regulation & criteria,
before appointing them.
Maintaining goodwill of Generic Aadhaar, establish strategies that focus on promoting the brand.
Ensuring timely execution of product to Single Franchisee through Master Franchisee only & make
sure Master franchisee keep necessary stock of goods.
Keeping meeting with Pan India regional heads through phone & zoom call.
