An EV Two-Wheeler Sales Executive promotes and sells electric scooters and motorcycles, manages customer inquiries, conducts test rides, and guides buyers through financing and delivery.
Job Role Overview
• Job Title: EV Two-Wheeler Sales Executive / Showroom Sales Associate
• Industry: Electric Vehicles (EV) / Automotive Retail
• Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Management: Handle showroom walk-ins, phone inquiries, and digital/field leads.
• Product Demonstration: Showcase electric scooters, explain EV specifications (battery range, charging time, motor power), and highlight benefits over traditional petrol bikes.
• Test Rides: Coordinate and conduct safe test rides for prospective customers.
• Sales Conversion & Closing: Follow up on pending leads, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Financing & Paperwork: Assist customers with loan options, insurance, registration processes, and delivery timelines.
• After-Sales Support: Build customer retention through post-purchase follow-ups and service coordination.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: 12th Pass, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (ITI or similar backgrounds may apply depending on the employer).
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the two-wheeler or automotive/EV industry (freshers with strong communication skills are sometimes hired).
• Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of electric vehicle technology and sustainable mobility
• Proficiency in basic computer tools or CRM software
• Two-wheeler driving familiarity or a valid two-wheeler driving license
