Closing Deals: Persuading customers to purchase and finalizing sales.
Customer Interaction: Answering questions, addressing concerns, and handling complaints.
Database Management: Accurately recording calls, updating customer info in CRM.
Upselling/Cross-selling: Promoting additional or complementary products/services.
Target Achievement: Meeting individual and team sales quotas.
