₹12,000 to ₹16,000 FIXED SALARY / MONTH

🎯 YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

📞 Cold Calling

Contact potential customers, introduce properties and projects and generate genuine interest.

🎯 Lead Generation

Find new customers and develop your own pipeline of potential buyers.

🤝 Customer Handling

Understand customer requirements, answer queries and build strong relationships.

🏠 Real Estate Sales

Present properties and projects, explain benefits and assist customers throughout the sales process.

📲 Follow Ups and Conversion

Regularly follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful sales.

🗣️ Presentation and Communication

Conduct professional sales presentations and confidently explain project and property details.

💻 MS Excel and Data Management

Maintain customer databases, lead records, follow up schedules and sales data.

⌨️ Computer and Data Entry

Accurately enter, update and maintain customer and company records.

📊 Reporting

Prepare basic sales, lead and customer reports for the management team.

⭐ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We want a candidate who is:

✅ Female candidate

✅ Confident and comfortable speaking with customers

✅ Strong in cold calling and sales

✅ Excellent communication skills

✅ Good presentation skills

✅ Capable of generating and managing customer leads

✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel

✅ Comfortable with computers and data entry

✅ Organized and accurate with customer data

✅ Good at follow ups, convincing and negotiation

✅ Interested in Real Estate Sales

✅ Target oriented and motivated to earn more

✅ Able to manage multiple customers and leads

🎓 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualification: No minimum educational qualification. Skills and ability matter more.

Experience: 2 to 6+ years preferred

Candidates with strong sales ability and relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
