We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries and leads from IndiaMart, TradeIndia, social media, and local networks.
Call customers, share product details, and clarify terms & conditions.
Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain relationships with dealers and farmers.
Prepare and share product information in a clear, convincing manner.
Report daily activities and sales progress to management.
Requirements
Computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, email handling).
Good English communication skills (written & spoken).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Prior experience in online sales, B2B platforms, or agrochemical/fertilizer industry preferred.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in handling IndiaMart/TradeIndia leads.
Familiarity with social media sales and digital communication tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with customers.
