Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive - Website Designing & Digital Marketing

Job Overview: We seek a motivated and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will prospect, qualify, and convert leads into clients through effective telesales strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing services, excellent communication skills, and building strong client relationships remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our digital marketing services and understanding their business needs.

• Qualify leads by assessing their digital marketing requirements, budget constraints, and potential for collaboration.

• Customize and present suitable digital marketing solutions to clients, explaining the value proposition and benefits.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to nurture leads through the sales funnel, providing necessary information and support.

• Using CRM software, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and conversions.

• Handle objections and address potential concerns raised by prospects to secure their interest.

• Achieve and exceed individual and team-based sales targets and performance metrics.

• Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing techniques, and the competitive landscape to provide informed insights to clients.

• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including Website design, SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, etc.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
