We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities
Outbound & Inbound Calling: Place a high volume of cold/warm calls to prospective clients and answer inbound calls from interested leads.
Pitching: Use and adapt sales scripts to clearly articulate product/service features, benefits, and pricing.
Lead Qualification: Ask relevant questions to assess customer needs and determine if they are a good fit for the offering.
Closing Sales: Persuade customers to buy, process payment information, and schedule appointments for field agents if necessary.
CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all calls, customer information, and sales outcomes in the company database.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is graduate and 0 - 3 years of experience mba degree will be an added advantage The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to during the Day shift.
