We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting sales processes, and performing various tasks of lead generation like cold calling and presentations. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for growth.

Outbound & Inbound Calls: Making cold/warm calls to prospective clients and answering incoming inquiries to promote products or services.
Lead Generation & Qualifying: Identifying potential customers and assessing their needs, then qualifying them for sales opportunities.
Sales & Closing: Achieving, or exceeding, daily and monthly sales targets or lead generation quotas.
Data Management: Updating customer details in the CRM system and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Product Knowledge: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of services/products to effectively answer questions and overcome objections.
Follow-ups: Contacting leads who asked for more time to close sales or provide additional information.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and candidate must be a fresher. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
